Product is sold as is and is intended for the general-purpose use listed in product description. Back Country Welding Ltd is not responsible for any damages or injuries there after the product is sold and or the misuse of products after product sale. If your product has manufacture damage, you will have warranty within 30 days after shipping. Please contact Back Country Welding for all manufacturer damages with photos within the 30-day reference for warranty-related claims. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools” as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, even if Back Country Welding Ltd have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Glug Jug is not a certified portable fuel container as described by ASTM, EPA, ARB, CAN/43.146-2022, or other provincial, state, worldwide, or federal agencies. The Glug Jug is NOT intended for fuel storage, transport, use as a gas can, or container, in Canada or the USA. The Glug Jug liquid containment unit is not a food-grade product, we do not recommend its use for a potable drinking solution without proper filtration. Respect your allowable sled mfg's tunnel weight limitations. We are not responsible for any of the additional gear associated with the use in hauling with this product, or any damages that may occur either to physical property, physical beings, or environment.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
